The stock price of Terra, a company involved in the outsourcing of marketing processes and services, rose 5% to PLN 2.1 on Thursday, the first day of trading on NewConnect. Terra is the 213th company listed on the WSE?s alternative market and the 29th that went public on NewConnect this year. After 11:32 AM the stock price reached PLN 2.01, or 0.5% higher than the initial price. Turnover totaled PLN 3400.

Before the listing, the company has conducted a private placement in which 20 investors bought 571 700 B-series shares and the company has gained PLN 1.14m. The offering has also included 149 800 shares sold by the main shareholder and CEO Andrzej Marciniak. These shares were acquired by 11 investors and were also sold at 2 zloty apiece.
